Internet speed too low
- Decongest your network connection by disconnect other devices from it.
- Close all apps, programs and browser tabs you have running in the background
- Use a wired Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi for a more stable connection
- Move to a stronger broadband connection
I can't hear the audio
- Check that your sound is on and the volume is high enough
- Check that the correct speaker is selected
- If you are using a headset please check that it is correctly plugged in and that any power buttons are switched on
My microphone doesn't work
- Make sure you have given your browser access
- If you are using a headset please check that any MIC switches or power buttons are switched on
I can't see my camera
- Make sure you have given your brower access
- Check that nothing is covering your camera
- Check that your camera works by opening your Camera app or Photo Booth
- Close any apps or programs that may be using your camera
- Check that the software of your camera is up to date
