Problems logging into my account

Incorrect login details

  • Check that your email address is filled in correctly
  • Carefully retype your password
  • Make sure Caps Lock is not on when typing your password
  • You can only use the "Log in with Google" and "Log in with Microsoft" buttons if you used those email addresses to sign up

Forgot password?

If you have forgotten your login details click Forgot password? and follow the instructions to reset your password.

  1. Click "Forgot Password"
  2. Enter your email address and click "Reset password"
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email (if you don't see the email there, check your spam/junk folder)
  4. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password
  5. Use this new password to log in to your EtonX account

Your account has been deactivated

If any of the following applies to you please contact

  • Any user that fails to adhere to our platform guidelines policy will have their access to the EtonX platform removed.
  • If you have not been active for 6 months, in accordance with our GDPR policy, your account will automatically be deactivated and your data will be deleted after 1 year.
